Russian President Vladimir Putin left the Elysee Palace after attending a luncheon with other world leaders in Paris on Sunday. Putin replied "yes" to a journalist's question whether he and U.S President Donald Trump had an opportunity to talk to each other during the event.
President Putin is in Paris along with 60 other world leaders to participate in the official commemorations of the 100th anniversary of the Armistice, the ceasefire signed at Compiegne on November 11, 1918 ending the World War I.
