Russian President Vladimir Putin Nominated for 2021 Nobel Peace Prize By Russian Writer

The application for the nomination of Russian President Vladimir Putin for the Nobel Peace Prize was received by the Nobel Committee in Oslo on 10 September, after which the American side nominated US President Donald Trump, according to academician and writer Sergei Komkov, who sent an appeal to nominate the Russian leader.

Russian writer Sergey Komkov said he had sent a proposal to the Nobel Committee, nominating Putin for the 2021 Peace Prize. "It was sent on 9 September, and on 10 September, the Nobel Committee headquarters in Oslo received it," Komkov told a press conference.
